Wi-fi was strong, and check-in was smooth with our luggage waiting. No pets allowed.

Physical room key policy meant leaving the key at the front desk each time, which was a bit of a hassle. Consistently humid room environment, despite the presence of a dehumidifier. No onsite laundry facilities or dining options led to extra errands during the stay.

What’s great and what’s not
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the subway! Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, with delicious snacks in the lobby.
Though the staff is friendly, the physical room key policy made it inconvenient to keep track of the key.

The room was spacious and featured a beautifully designed bathroom that combined modern elements with traditional Japanese touches. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to local eateries, including fantastic bakeries and authentic restaurants just a short walk away.
